Thanks all for a SUCH GREAT stay for one short night following a concert in town. The staff members were all friendly and pleasant. The room was extremely spacious and impressive and I loved the pool, it was great. Location : the hotel was near downtown Charlotte, Northlake mall, and a mall area with numerous restaurant choices. I found there a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Sbarro that is only 25 minutes' walk away. The food was fresh, had a wide range of options. Everything was simply brand-new.

That was modern and truly exceptional hotel set in comfortable area, near restaurants as well as a mall area with numerous restaurant choices.

Additionally, it is conveniently located near Northlake mall, making it easy for guests to indulge in some shopping during their stay.

The WiFi connection in the hotel was quite slow and unreliable at times.

There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a fridge in the rooms, which made them good-sized. The bed was large; and there was a bath.
